ABOUT RYDIA All right, so you wanna know more about the girl behind all this madness? Well, let's see... where do I begin?
My real name is
SONIA, and I'm a Korean, Christian girl, living in the hot & sunny city of Atlanta! :] I am currently (at the time of writing this) a whopping 24 years old, still not sure of what I'm wanting to do with the rest of my life. All I know is that I
love designing, and I
love making websites, simply because I love being able to give people
quality information on things that I love myself.
You can see all of my other websites at
SHINJITE.NET, also known as the
Faith Network. You'll see that I've got a wide array of obsessions. ;]
ABOUT THE SITE I created
AISHITERU on a whim, back in April of 2001.
All of my sites are actually created on a whim, simply due to the fact that if I
plan on making something, those plans usually fall through. I have to be
so obsessed, that I just
have to get that site up. This fansite was my
first informational website that I'd made, so I remember being very nervous about unleashing it to the public.
However, with a positive response from people, (and my ever-growing obsession with Love Hina), this shrine grew to be what it is today: a content-packed goodie fest of all things
Love Hina and Naru.
I'll admit that my interest in Love Hina has faded over the years, but that's only because I hadn't watched it over and over again. After re-writing the content and watching bits and pieces of episodes again, I remembered exactly
why this anime took over my heart so many years ago.
Although the status of the site will stay pretty static (with random updates here and there), please know that you've still got a very dedicated fan, with no intention of ever giving this site up or deleting it from the wonderful www.
ABOUT VERSION EIGHTEEN This is, as you can see, the 18th version of
Aishiteru. It was created in approximately 2-3 hours using
ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS2 for graphics and the old-fashioned
NOTEPAD for the scripting/content. Though I don't use brushes or textures very often, I did use
one texture from
OF THE SKY, though it's not very visible on the layout. I also test all my sites with IE7 and Firefox, using 1680x1050 resolution/32 bit color, as well as running my code through a validator.
In order to view the site properly, you'll need a resolution of 800x600 and higher (though with the size of this particular layout, you'll probably be all right even in 640x480). You'll also need Asian characters installed on your system, unless you wanna see a bunch of ???. Fonts needed to view the site are Arial and Verdana, and you'll also need JavaScript enabled to view image galleries.
