[ AISHITERU ]   a shrine to Naru Narusegawa of Love Hina
aishiteru; version 18
RANDOM BITS OF INFO I don't have too much extra information on Naru and the series, but I found a few interesting facts I wanted to share with you all.

NARU'S ORIGINAL CHARACTER DESIGN was actually going to be a girl named Midori. The character was supposed to be spacey and sweet, much like Mutsumi's character (it's said that that's where Mutsumi's character design originated from). Originally, Naru (or Midori) was supposed to fall through a hole in the floor, bump her head on Keitaro, and lose her memory. Obviously, this concept was scrapped later, and after many name changes, they finally decided on Naru.

IN 2002 AT ANIME EXPO, Love Hina won "Best Manga, USA Release." At Book Expo America 2003, Tokyopop announced that in addition to Love Hina being one of the top ten graphic novels on Bookscan's list, it was also the first graphic novel (along with Chobits) to ever enter the general trade paperback list.

Thank you, WIKIPEDIA, for this information!
